You can add a co-borrower to your borrowers loan application if they are lacking sufficient experience or their credit is too low, or if there are multiple members in their entity. Here are the steps needed to add a co-borrower or multiple co-borrowers:
Log in to your correspondent admin page and impersonate the borrower you would like to add a co-borrower to. (How to impersonate a borrower)
Once you are impersonating your borrower, Log in to their loan cabinet CC (skip this if you are already here)
Under Applications, find the relevant application they are working on, and open it
Click the Add Co-Borrower button
Fill out the relevant information about the co-borrower. If you don't have some of the information, fill in a placeholder, they will be able to correct it
The co-borrower will receive an email invitation to complete the application. They are able to edit any of the info you filled in earlier
Once they accept the invitation, your borrower will be notified, and the co-borrower is added to the loan
