Correspondents are able to request an appraisal directly from their lending cabinet CC (command central).
Login to your lending cabinet CC
Within the underwriting tab, select loans.
Look at the "Actions column" within this table. If there is a loan that requires or is ready for an appraisal, the appraisal icon will appear next to the corresponding loan.
Once you select the loan you want to order an appraisal, click the icon or the loan to open and you will see a button "request appraisal". Click this button to notify New Silver that there has been an appraisal requested.
