Within admin command central (cc) White Label Partners have the ability to impersonate their borrowers and complete various tasks on their behalf such as requesting draws or uploading documentation.
To impersonate a borrower:
Login to your unique partner cc admin page.
From there under the underwriting tab identify and select the borrower you want to impersonate.
From within the borrowers info tab, click the user icon to initiate impersonating that borrower.
Once clicked, a new window will open up and you will then be viewing that specific borrowers command central, where you will see all their applications and loans.
