Broker - this program is ideal for mortgage brokers and lenders who want to be more involved in the underwriting process. If you join the Broker program, you will need an agreement with your client. You will be responsible for assisting collecting loan documents, and interfacing with your client to get them to the closing table. Your client will be responsible for filling out the online loan application on our website. You will get paid up to 2% at closing directly on the HUD, and will continue to be protected on future deals with your client.

Referral - this program is best for realtors, real estate agents, D2C brands and others not directly involved in the lending process. This is an easy program which involves you referring the client to New Silver. Once your referred client closes a loan, you will be paid a 50bps referral fee.
