Partner Origination (Primary Program) – This program is designed for brokers and other originators who want to bring loans to New Silver. New Silver funds loans directly and serves as the lender of record. Partners may earn up to 2% origination compensation (in addition to New Silver’s 1% origination fee, for 3% total origination), plus a processing fee up to $1,000. White Label (Limited / By Approval) – This program is intended for established lenders with proven underwriting and servicing capabilities who are seeking additional capital capacity.
