We make requesting a draw easy. This can be done in a couple of simple steps directly through your loan cabinet (also known as HQ).
Log into your loan cabinet in HQ.
Click the Loans button and select the project you would like to request a draw on.
Click the “New Draw Request” button on the bottom- right corner.
Enter your bank information. This is where the funds will be deposited.
That’s all. We will take care of the rest.
Once you have submitted your draw request, we will request an inspection with our inspection company. You can expect to receive a phone call within 2 business days to set up the inspection appointment.
