We perform a soft credit pull (no impact to your credit score) to verify the credit information you entered during the application.
The soft credit pull is used to confirm your estimated loan terms and proceed with conditional loan approval (subject to underwriting).
You’ll then be directed to upload the documents required for your property appraisal:
Purchase Contract (not required for refinance loans)
Rehab Budget (not required for rent/DSCR loans)
If your actual FICO score or credit profile is different from what was provided, we’ll update your loan terms accordingly and email you an updated Preliminary Term Sheet.
