When active, this is a short-term loan for experienced investors acquiring, rehabbing, or refinancing commercial properties such as multifamily, mixed-use, office, and industrial. Loan amounts from $1.5M to $15M with terms between 12–24 months. Minimum FICO is 680 and borrower must have at least 2 years experience with 5 completed projects.
