Key Loan Features

  • Loan Amounts: Up to $15 million

  • Eligible Property Types: Multifamily, Office, Mixed-Use, Senior Housing, Manufactured Housing, Industrial

  • Eligible Transactions: Purchases, Purchases with Rehab, Rate-and-Term Refinances

  • Loan-to-Cost (LTC): Up to 80%

  • Loan-to-After-Repair Value (LTARV): Up to 70%

  • Term Lengths: 12 to 24 months

  • Interest Rates: 9.0% – 12.0%

  • Origination Fee: 1% – 2%

  • Lien Position: 1st Lien Only

  • Cash-Out Refinances: Not permitted

  • Broker Compensation: Up to 2 points


Borrower Requirements

  • Minimum Credit Score: 680

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience with a minimum of 5 completed projects

  • Personal Guaranty: Required
