Multi-Family Property Financing

  • Fix and Flip: Available for residential properties with up to 4 units, with an appraised value of at least $150,000 post-rehab.

  • Ground Up Construction: Also supports up to 4 units for new residential builds.

  • Rent (DSCR): Available for stabilized multi-family residential properties with up to 8 units, including short-term rentals.

Commercial Property Financing

Our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan program is currently paused. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Eligible property types under the CRE program include Multifamily larger than 8 units, Office, Mixed-Use, and Industrial. CRE loans range from $1.5M to $15M with 12-24 month terms and Loan-to-Cost up to 80%.
