Our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans are tailored for experienced investors who are acquiring, rehabbing, or refinancing investment properties across a range of commercial asset types. These short-term loans are designed to provide flexible, fast, and reliable capital for your next CRE opportunity.

Whether you're working on a multifamily property, a mixed-use space, or an industrial building, our CRE loans deliver the speed and leverage you need to scale your portfolio.

Key Loan Features

  • Loan Amounts: $1.5M to $15M

  • Eligible Property Types: Multifamily, Office, Mixed-Use, Industrial

  • Eligible Transactions: Purchases, Purchases with Rehab, Rate-and-Term Refinances

  • Loan-to-Cost (LTC): Up to 80%

  • Loan-to-After-Repair-Value (LTARV): Up to 70%

  • Term Lengths: 12 to 24 months

  • Origination Fee: 1% to 2%

  • Lien Position: 1st Lien Only

  • Cash-Out Refinances: Not permitted

  • Broker Compensation: Up to 2 points

Borrower Requirements

  • Minimum Credit Score: 680

  • Experience: At least 2 years with a minimum of 5 completed projects

  • Personal Guaranty: Required
