Eligible Property Types: Multifamily, Office, Mixed-Use, Industrial
Eligible Transactions: Purchases, Purchases with Rehab, Rate-and-Term Refinances
Loan-to-Cost (LTC): Up to 80%
Loan-to-After-Repair-Value (LTARV): Up to 70%
Term Lengths: 12 to 24 months
Origination Fee: 1% to 2%
Lien Position: 1st Lien Only
Cash-Out Refinances: Not permitted
Broker Compensation: Up to 2 points
Borrower Requirements
Minimum Credit Score: 680
Experience: At least 2 years with a minimum of 5 completed projects
